    A flexible and forgiving brew

    Good any time, but maybe better (for me) in the afternoon, this is a classical green tea which happily re-brews a couple of times with improving sweetness over time. It's also more forgiving that some other brews that can turn on you if brewed for too long. Strongly recommended.
